       The Committee on Children, Families, and Elder Affairs (Bradley)
       recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete line 20
    4  and insert:
    5  violation. This subsection applies to any offense that is not
    6  otherwise barred from prosecution on or before July 1, 2026.

    9  And the title is amended as follows:
   10         Delete line 8
   11  and insert:
