       The Committee on Governmental Oversight and Accountability
       (Wright) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 31 - 35
    4  and insert:
    5  exemption. This subsection is subject to the Open Government
    6  Sunset Review Act in accordance with s. 119.15 and shall stand
    7  repealed on October 2, 2031 2026, unless reviewed and saved from
    8  repeal through reenactment by the Legislature.
    9         Section 2. This act shall take effect upon becoming a law.

   12  And the title is amended as follows:
   13         Delete lines 10 - 11
   14  and insert:
   15         States Department of Defense; extending the scheduled
   16         repeal date of the exemption; providing an effective
   17         date.
