       The Committee on Rules (Calatayud) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 323 - 326
    4  and insert:
    5  courses. Nothing in this paragraph shall be construed to limit
    6  or affect the exemptions for contract training, continuing
    7  education, or professional development programs or courses under
    8  paragraph (d), even if such programs or courses are approved
    9  under chapter 466 for establishment and operation under part I
   10  of chapter 464, chapter 466, or chapter 475, or any other
   11  chapter of the Florida Statutes requiring licensing or approval
   12  as defined in this chapter.
