       Senator Berman moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Between lines 109 and 110
    4  insert:
    5         Section 2. The airport name change required under s.
    6  332.0075(7)(b)6., Florida Statutes, shall take effect only upon
    7  approval by majority vote of the electors of Palm Beach County
    8  voting in a referendum at the next election of the county or at
    9  a special election held for the purpose of approving or
   10  rejecting the airport name change. If the airport name change is
   11  rejected, the name of the airport listed in s. 332.0075(7)(b)6.,
   12  Florida Statutes, shall remain “Palm Beach International
   13  Airport.”

   16  And the title is amended as follows:
   17         Delete line 23
   18  and insert:
   19         circumstances; providing that a specified airport name
   20         change shall take effect only upon approval by
   21         majority vote in a referendum in a specified county;
   22         specifying the name of the airport under certain
   23         circumstances; providing an effective date.
