       The Committee on Rules (Jones) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Between lines 109 and 110
    4  insert:
    5         (h) A person may not collect any fee, including a royalty
    6  fee, licensing fee, or trademark fee, associated with the naming
    7  rights of an airport listed in paragraph (b). This paragraph
    8  does not apply to a political subdivision that owns or operates
    9  the airport for which it collects such fee.

   12  And the title is amended as follows:
   13         Delete line 23
   14  and insert:
   15         circumstances; prohibiting a person from collecting
   16         any fee associated with the naming rights of certain
   17         airports; providing applicability; providing an
   18         effective date.
