       The Committee on Rules (Mayfield) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 57 - 67
    4  and insert:
    5  “President Donald J. Trump International Airport,” subject to
    6  approval of the Federal Aviation Administration; execution of an
    7  agreement with the rights holder authorizing the commercial use
    8  of “President Donald J. Trump International Airport” by Palm
    9  Beach County, which must, at a minimum, grant Palm Beach County
   10  the perpetual and unrestricted right to use the name “President
   11  Donald J. Trump International Airport,” as well as reasonable
   12  abbreviations or nonmaterial deviations thereof, at no cost, in
   13  signage, advertising, marketing, merchandising, and promotions
   14  and for the branding of the airport and its operations,
   15  services, and amenities, and all related purposes; and receipt
   16  of an appropriation of $5.5 million by Palm Beach County for the
   17  purpose of funding all costs of implementing the airport name
   18  change, including, without limitation, the costs of procurement,
   19  design, construction, and installation of signage; brand
   20  development; updates to advertising, marketing, and promotional
   21  materials; software and system modifications; and rebranding of
   22  uniforms, vehicles, equipment, consumables, and other similar
   23  items used in the operation of the airport. Funding may not be
   24  appropriated from the Aviation Grant Program to satisfy the
   25  requirements of this subparagraph.
