       The Committee on Rules (Mayfield) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment
    2  
    3         Delete lines 57 - 63
    4  and insert:
    5  “President Donald J. Trump International Airport,” subject to
    6  approval of the Federal Aviation Administration and execution of
    7  an agreement with the rights holder authorizing the commercial
    8  use of “President Donald J. Trump International Airport” by Palm
    9  Beach County, which must, at a minimum, grant Palm Beach County
   10  the perpetual and unrestricted right to use the name “President
   11  Donald J. Trump International Airport,” as well as reasonable
   12  abbreviations or nonmaterial
