       Senator Polsky moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)

    3         Delete line 67
    4  and insert:
    5  services, and amenities, and all related purposes. Neither the
    6  state nor Palm Beach County may pay to the rights holder, or to
    7  any representative or associated company of the rights holder,
    8  any amount for any purpose related to the name “President Donald
    9  J. Trump International Airport” or any reasonable abbreviation
   10  thereof or deviation therefrom, including, but not limited to,
   11  payments relating to licensing, trademarks, or merchandise.
