       Senator Burton moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (476906) (with title
    2  amendment)
    3  
    4         Delete line 462
    5  and insert:
    6         Section 10. Within 120 days after this act becomes a law,
    7  the Board of Pharmacy shall finalize and adopt an amendment to
    8  rule 64B16-27.4001, Florida Administrative Code, which
    9  specifically addresses the objectionable provisions in the Joint
   10  Administrative Procedures Committee Objection Report to that
   11  rule, as presented to the committee at its December 8, 2025,
   12  meeting. This section shall take effect upon this act becoming a
   13  law.
   14         Section 11. Except as otherwise expressly provided in this
   15  act and except for this section, which shall take effect upon
   16  this act becoming a law, this act shall take effect July 1,
   17  2026.

   21         Delete line 545
   22  and insert:
   23         Neurodevelopment; requiring the Board of Pharmacy to
   24         finalize and adopt a certain amendment to a specified
   25         rule within a specified timeframe; providing effective
   26         dates.
