       The Committee on Criminal Justice (Bradley) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 22 - 26
    4  and insert:
    5         (c) One criminal defense attorney who is not employed by
    6  the government and who has contracted with the commission to
    7  provide services pursuant to s. 27.40 within the 5 years
    8  preceding his or her appointment, to be appointed by the
    9  president of The Florida Bar Board of Governors.
   10         (d) One circuit judge, or senior judge serving on a circuit
   11  court, to be appointed by the Chief Justice of the Supreme
   12  Court.
