    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)

    3         Between lines 61 and 62
    4  insert:
    5         Section 2. The Legislature finds and declares that this act
    6  fulfills an important state interest.

    9  And the title is amended as follows:
   10         Delete line 9
   11  and insert:
   12         telecommunicators; providing construction; providing a
   13         declaration of important state interest; providing
