       the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 31 - 35
    4  and insert:
    5         3. Before the retail buyer agrees to make an electronic
    6  payment, provides disclosure of all of the following:
    7         a. The amount of the fee to be charged under this section;
    8  and
    9         b. The retail buyer’s option to make a payment by an
   10  alternative
