       Senator Berman moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (903278) (with title
    2  amendment)
    3  
    4         Delete line 341
    5  and insert:
    6  voter registration system. The procedures in this paragraph
    7  requiring documentary evidence of United States citizenship do
    8  not apply to a voter who has been continuously registered to
    9  vote in this state for at least four general elections and who
   10  is 80 years of age or older at the time his or her continuous
   11  registration is verified.

   16  insert:
   17         providing applicability;
