Sellers of travel; consumer protection.
205.1971 Sellers of travel; consumer protection.--No county or municipality shall issue or renew an occupational license to engage in business as a seller of travel pursuant to part XI of chapter 559 unless such business exhibits a current registration or letter of exemption from the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services.
