Insurance; Deleting the cash build-up factor from the formula used by the State Board of Administration in determining reimbursement premiums to be paid into the Florida Hurricane Catastrophe Fund; requiring, rather than authorizing under certain circumstances, managing general agents to be examined as if they were the insurers on whose behalf they act; specifying the venue for civil actions concerning certain surplus lines property insurance policies, etc.
