Constitutional Amendments Proposed by Initiative; Requiring the Secretary of State to submit an initiative petition to the Speaker of the House of Representatives and the President of the Senate when a specified percentage of the required statewide signatures is obtained; authorizing a citizen to challenge a petition circulator’s registration; requiring the court to take specified action if the petition circulator is not registered; providing that the Division of Elections or a supervisor of elections may provide petition forms in electronic format, etc.
