GENERAL BILL by Hutson
Housing; Authorizing a board of county commissioners to approve development of affordable housing on any parcel zoned for residential, commercial, or industrial use; requiring counties, municipalities, and special districts to include certain data relating to impact fees in their annual financial reports; providing the percentage of the sales price of certain mobile homes which is subject to sales tax; exempting certain mobile home park and mobile home subdivision owners from regulation relating to water and wastewater systems by the Florida Public Service Commission, etc.
