CS/HB 703: Early Childhood Music Education Incentive Program

Early Childhood Music Education Incentive Program; Renames Early Childhood Music Education Incentive Pilot Program as Early Childhood Music Education Incentive Program; transfers certain duties regarding program's administration from Commissioner of Education to DOE; provides that program funds are subject to legislative appropriation; provides maximum amount of funding school districts may receive per student in program; revises criteria for school district's eligibility to participate in program; removes obsolete provision requiring UF's College of Education to conduct specified evaluation; revises provisions relating to funding; & abrogates scheduled expiration of provisions governing program.
