Operational health maintenance organizations; issuance of certificate.
—The provisions of this part do not apply to those organizations providing the services defined in ss. 641.17 which have been continuously engaged in providing such services since January 1, 1947. This exemption shall terminate upon a change in controlling ownership of the organization.
