Residential Property Associations; provides that certain persons may be deemed members of association & eligible to serve as director of condominium, cooperative, homeowners', or mobile homeowners' associations under certain circumstances; includes cooperatives, residential subdivisions, cooperative associations, & homeowners' associations as defined in specified provisions within provisions of law re penny-ante games & re bingo, etc. Amends Chs. 607, 617, 719, 723, 849.
