GENERAL BILL by Health, Aging and Long-Term Care ; Clary
Long-Term Care Ombudsman Program; provides duty of State Long-Term Care Ombudsman to prepare & submit annual budget requests; specifies additional duties of Long-Term Care Ombudsman & other state agencies; limits administrative charges; revises provisions re appt. & terms of service of members of state & local ombudsman councils; provides authority of Office of State Long-Term Care Ombudsman to adopt rules re disclosure of files, etc. Amends Ch. 400, 20.41, 395.3025. APPROPRIATION: $80,000.
