Florida Health Endowment Association; creates said association; provides for appointment of board of directors; requires procedures for transition of policyholders from Fla. Comprehensive Health Association to Fla. Health Endowment Association; provides eligibility requirements for persons who seek to join new health endowment insurance plan; authorizes association to contract with insurers to provide diseasemanagement services, etc. Repeals ss. of Ch. 627. APPROPRIATION: $50,000,000.
