SB 8-A: Death Penalty Reform Act of 2000

GENERAL BILL by Klein ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Geller

Death Penalty Reform Act of 2000; creates said act; provides for execution of death sentence by lethal injection if electrocution is not selected; prohibits reduction of death sentence as result of determination that method of execution is unconstitutional; provides legislative intent re interpretation of laws altering method of execution of death penalty, etc. Amends 922.10,.105; creates 922.101,.103,.104.
