Lifespan Respite Care Program; authorizes CFS Dept. to contract for Lifespan Respite Care Program; provides contingent appropriation; creates Relative Caregiver Program; provides for training & education; provides for certification of relative caregivers; limits compensation of said caregivers; provides for revocation of certification of relative caregivers; requires rules; provides for certification by CFS Dept., etc. Creates 393.0662.
