Juvenile Justice Education; requires gender-specific programming within Juvenile Justice Dept. for children in this state; increases percentage of Fla. Education Finance Program funding generated by students in juvenile justice programs which must be spent on instructional costs; requires workgroup to suggest strategies for meeting requirements of No Child Left Behind Act & for rewarding such programs for high performance, etc. Amends FS.
