Psychotropic Medications/Minors; creates Center for Juvenile Psychotropic Studies within Psychiatry Dept. of College of Medicine of University of Florida; provides purpose of center; creates advisory board; requires center to work with CFS Dept., Juvenile Justice Dept., AHCA, & DOH; requires certain data re dependent minors for whom psychotropic medications have been prescribed to be made available to center, as legally allowed, etc. Amends FS.
