CS/SB 2960: Banking

GENERAL BILL by Banking and Insurance ; Alexander

Banking; prohibits use of name or logo of financial institution or its affiliates or subsidiaries under certain circumstances without written consent; provides that such use is grounds for denial of license or for disciplinary action; provides criteria for bank or trust company chartered as limited liability company to be considered "incorporated" under financial institutions codes; reduces time that banks must retain receipts of items, etc. Amends FS.
