County Delinquency Prevention; authorizes board of county commissioners to adopt ordinance that incorporates provisions of act; provides funding for teen court through assessment of additional court cost against each person who pleads guilty or nolo contendere to, or is convicted of, violation of criminal law, ordinance, or traffic offense in county; specifies maximum amount of such assessment, etc. Amends 938.17.
