Cigarette Tax Proceed/H. Lee Moffitt; provides for additional portion of revenues from cigarette tax to be paid monthly to Board of Directors of H. Lee Moffitt Cancer Center & Research Institute to develop & maintain technology-based clinical care & research network; requires board of directors to develop & pay costs for technology-based clinical care & research network; authorizes issuance of tax exempt bonds for certain purposes, etc. Amends 210.20,.201.
