Black Business Investment Board, & Tourism, Trade, & Economic Development Office for purpose of establishing cooperative program to utilize African-American businesses in publicizing tourism advantages of state; provides for formation of committee to enforce fairness re African-American participation & utilization in convention & tourism industry, etc.
