Commission on Tourism to advise & consult with Consensus Estimating Conference principals concerning certain duties; limits ability of agencies to settle lawsuits in certain circumstances; provides for unallocated general revenues; revises provisions re principals of Self-Insurance Estimating Conference & Florida Retirement System Actuarial Assumption Conference, etc. Amends FS.
