National Guard Member/Life Insurance; provides for issuing life insurance policy to members of Florida National Guard under certain circumstances; specifies amount; requires Legislature to provide for continuing appropriation to pay premiums on such policies under certain circumstances; provides for repeal if policies & premiums are provided by Federal Government.
