Naturopathic Medicine; revises & provides definitions; creates Board of Licensed Naturopathic Physicians; provides membership & duties of board; specifies authority of DOH & board re disciplinary action & revises grounds for said action re such authority; specifies authority for setting fee for reissuance of license under certain circumstances; provides penalties for falsely using certain titles; provides grounds for denying or restricting licenses, etc. Amends FS.
