Enterprise Zones; reenacts periodic review requirement; provides for future expiration; limits exemption by refund of certain taxes for rehabilitation of certain property in said zone; revises information requirement for claiming enterprise zone jobs tax credit; authorizes City of Winter Haven to apply to Tourism, Trade, & Economic Development Office for designation of enterprise zone; provides requirements for area of enterprise zone, etc. Amends FS.
