Personal Identification Information [LPCC]; provides enhanced penalty for certain uses of personal identification information concerning individual 65 years of age or older without consent; deletes fraudulent intent as element of certain offenses involving personal identification information; conforms offense Severity Ranking Chart of Criminal Punishment Code. Amends 817.568, 921.0022.
