SB 2878: Charter Schools [SPCC]

GENERAL BILL by Wise

Charter Schools [SPCC]; increases period of time during which certain charter school instructional personnel may participate in FRS DROP; extends such participation to certain school district prekindergarten instructional personnel; prohibits unlawful reprisal against charter school by school's sponsor; provides for relief & for monthly distribution of funds to said schools; provides declaration of important state interest, etc. Amends 121.091, 1002.33.
