SB 1238: Driver Licenses/Minors [EPCC]

GENERAL BILL by Deutch

Driver Licenses/Minors [EPCC]; Provides that a minor is disqualified from operating a motor vehicle when the minor drops out of a public, nonpublic, or home education program. Provides that if the minor enrolls in an educational program or certain study course and satisfies relevant attendance requirements within 5 business days, he or she shall remain eligible for driving privileges, etc.
