GENERAL BILL by Military Affairs and Domestic Security ; Dean ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Baker ; Lynn

Veterans' Affairs/Direct-support Organization [LPCC]; Creates the "Sergeant First Class Paul R. Smith Memorial Act." Authorizes the Department of Veterans' Affairs (FDVA) to establish a direct-support organization to assist the department. Requires the organization to operate under contract with the FDVA. Provides for the FDVA to replace the Florida Commission on Veterans' Affairs in cooperating with the Department of Management Services to establish the Florida Medal of Honor Wall, etc.
