GENERAL BILL by Aronberg
Construction Contracting [EPCC]; Prohibits a certified or registered contractor or contractor authorized by a local construction licensing board from performing work for which the contractor is not properly licensed, from subcontracting work requiring a license to an unlicensed person, or from failing to obtain required permits or inspections, etc.
