Firesafety [EPCC]; Designates act "Aldridge/Benge Firefighter Safety Act"; includes application of uniform firesafety standards to tunnels; revises application of automatic sprinkler systems requirements to nursing homes; requires nursing home licensee to submit complete sprinkler construction documents to AHCA by specified date; requires such licensee to gain final approval from agency to start construction by specified date, etc.
