State Attorneys; Requires state attorneys to retain moneys in respective trust funds for investment, with interest appropriated to GR; requires state attorneys to jointly develop coordinated classification & pay plan & have SAAO submit plan to Legislature; requires specified payments received by state attorney to be deposited into specified trust fund for state attorney; creates State Attorneys Administration Office, etc.
