Domestic Partnerships; Provides requirements for formation of domestic partnership; provides for registration of declaration & issuance of certificate of domestic partnership; provides that persons declaring domestic partnership consent to jurisdiction in this state for specified purposes; prohibits individual in domestic partnership from filing new declaration or entering marriage recognized with someone other than individual's registered partner, etc.
