GENERAL BILL by Health and Human Services Appropriations ; Health Regulation ; Peaden
Prescription Drugs [SPSC]; Revises the definition of the term "manufacturer" for purposes of the Florida Drug and Cosmetic Act. Requires certain manufacturers to disclose the names of affiliated group members to the Department of Health. Revises requirements for a prescription drug manufacturer permit, nonresident prescription drug manufacturer permit, and health care clinic establishment permit. Revises requirements for a pedigree paper, etc.
