SB 1250: Corporal Punishment [SPSC]

Corporal Punishment [SPSC]; Requires that a district school board review its policy allowing corporal punishment once every 3 years during a district school board meeting. Requires that the district school board take public testimony during such meeting. Provides for the expiration of the district school board's corporal punishment policy if such meeting is not held.
