Children/Confidential Records [SPSC]; Requires that the case record of a child under the supervision or in the custody of the DCFS be maintained in a complete and accurate manner. Specifies who has access to the case record. Provides for exceptions for the sharing of confidential information under certain circumstances. Expands the list of persons or entities that have access to child abuse records. Revises how long the department must keep such records, etc.
