GENERAL BILL by Baker

Commercial Fertilizer Application [EPSC]; Requires an identification card for an employee which verifies that the employee is certified to apply fertilizer commercially to urban lawnscapes. Requires the training for limited certification for commercial landscape maintenance personnel to be based on the "Florida Green Industries Best Management Practices for Protection of Water Resources in Florida," published by the Department of Environmental Protection, etc.
