GENERAL BILL by Lopez-Cantera

Medicaid; Requires contract between AHCA & certain HMOs or entities that do not provide prepaid health care services to set rates on beneficiary-specific, risk-adjusted basis; prohibits MediPass beneficiaries from enrolling in HMO for behavioral health services; provides that mental illness is showing of good cause to allow Medicaid recipient to disenroll & select another managed care plan or MediPass after specified period of time.
