Nurse Registries/Companion-homemaker Organizations [SPSC]; Requires nurse registries and organizations that provide companion or homemaker services to provide notice to patients or clients. Specifies the contents of the notice. Requires the notice to be kept for a specified number of years. Provides an exception. Requires the Agency for Health Care Administration to develop a form for the notice.
