Cardiovascular Disease and Stroke [SPSC]; Creates the Florida Council on Cardiovascular Disease and Stroke. Requires the DOH to provide administrative support. Requires the council to review available clinical resources and develop a database of recommendations for care and treatment of patients having cardiovascular disease or patients at risk of or who have suffered from a stroke. Requires the council to make this database available to the public, etc.
