GENERAL BILL by Bennett ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Baker
Agriculture [EPSC]; Prohibits a county from enforcing certain limits on the activity of a bona fide farm operation on agricultural land under certain circumstances. Creates the "Agricultural Nuisance Claim Waiver Act." Requires an applicant for certain development permits to sign and submit to a political subdivision a waiver of certain nuisance claims against neighboring agricultural land as a condition of the political subdivision issuing the permits, etc.
